Exchange & Returns Policy

At Kalvettu, we strive to deliver the perfect fit and quality every time. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day Exchange & Return Policy from the date of delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange Policy

We’re sorry if the fit wasn’t right — but don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. If your T-shirt doesn’t fit as expected, you can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.

Steps to Exchange

1. Fold the T-shirt neatly and pack it securely.
2. Include the original invoice. If unavailable, use a blank sheet and write your order number and the required size for exchange.
3. Place the paper inside the package.
4. Courier the parcel to the address mentioned below.
5. Once shipped, email us your order number and AWB at customercare@kalvettu.in.

After receiving and verifying the product, we will dispatch the requested size to your address.

Return & Refund Policy

Steps for Return

Pack the product securely. Include the invoice or a sheet mentioning your order number and clearly mention “Refund”. Send the parcel to our address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be initiated within 5–8 working days. Only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping charges, COD charges, and any additional fees are non-refundable.

Refund Method

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via UPI.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only before the order is shipped. Email your order number along with the reason to customercare@kalvettu.in.

Refund timeline: 5–8 working days for prepaid orders.

Important Note

Customers are responsible for courier charges when sending products back. We currently do not offer reverse pickup. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
